Linetton is a luxury real estate agency in Marbella Spain.
The key area of business in Marbella is the sale of new buildings, ready and under construction villas, penthouses, townhouses, de-luxe and premium class apartments.
We automate business processes, implement end-to-end analytics, develop technological and high-conversion websites. We do quality marketing and have launched a full-fledged advertising campaign, for which we have allocated decent budgets.
We already have quality real estate applications with an average budget of 3 million euros, and as the advertising campaign intensifies, we are looking for top brokers to join our team.

- We pay an honest percentage of the transaction. We are not tricky when charging, we pay immediately on the day of receipt of money to the company's account, without delays. Honesty is not just a word in our company, but in return we demand the same from you.
- We try to maintain and develop the skills of our employees, because we trust them with the most important thing - our clients.
- We focus only on current brokers, who work productively in other companies, but there poorly do marketing and advertising, do not give quality clients, on those who at the same time, make deals there.

What you will do:

Working conditions:
- reception and processing of incoming requests;
- selection of objects and preparation of presentations;
- holding meetings, showings and online presentations;
- support of the transaction until the moment of its payment by the client;
- participation in broker tours at the objects and coordination meetings.
- reflecting your work in the CRM system of the company;
- searching for and attracting new sellers of real estate objects;
- requesting necessary documents for the real estate object;
- coordinating real estate photography;
A stockbroker at Linetton is right for you if:
- you have experience in luxury sales;
- you have a good command of a foreign language;
- you have been living in Marbella for more than 6 months;
- you can work productively on several tasks at the same time, you are able to concentrate, you

Working conditions:
- Flexible work schedule;
- We pay from 30% of each transaction immediately and without delay, on the day of receipt of money on the company's account;
